Since 2021, the Callisto Enterprise team has been dedicated to building a secure, decentralized ecosystem for Callisto Network. Over these years, we have reached a pivotal moment: the Callisto Network Evolution to Fushuma. This journey, marked by innovation, learning, and the incredible support from the community, has led us to this significant milestone.

Recent challenges, especially the SOY Finance incident, have underscored the necessity for growth and adaptation. This evolution aims to strengthen our governance, enhance security, and deepen community involvement, building on the foundation we've created.

Recognizing the need for a significant evolution to uphold our values of security, user-centricity, and decentralization, we stand at a crossroads, ready to write a new chapter strengthened by our experiences and the community's trust. Strengthened by our experiences, we are excited to introduce Fushuma, previously codenamed [Callisto Evolution]. This initiative, developed in consultation with key stakeholders, including the Invictus Investment Fund, represents the culmination of the Callisto Network Evolution to Fushuma, addressing the community's feedback and overcoming the constraints of the Callisto Network infrastructure.

Fushuma aligns with our foundational principles of decentralization, security, scalability, and community empowerment as outlined in our “Blueprint” and “Modern Theory of Democracy”.

Fushuma will be deployed as a Layer 2 platform on the Callisto Network blockchain in its initial phase. This phase, which we refer to as the "Testnet Mainnet," serves two primary purposes:

1. Real-World Testing: Deploying on Callisto Network allows us to test and refine various protocols in a live environment, such as the Treasury DAO and advanced DeFi applications.

2. Strategic Analysis: During this phase, Dr. ZS and Vladimir will explore and analyze potential Type 1 blockchain solutions. Their focus is on identifying the optimal fit for the Callisto Network Evolution to Fushuma, ensuring the proper integration of decentralized governance and performance enhancements. Once a suitable option is identified, a formal Fushuma Improvement Proposal (FIP) will be submitted. This proposal will be shared with the community for feedback and discussion, ensuring transparency and collaborative decision-making.

As we embark on this new phase, the role of the community is crucial in shaping a platform that truly belongs to its users.

We've designed a token migration plan to facilitate a smooth transition from March 1, 2024, to September 1, 2024, as part of the Callisto Network Evolution to Fushuma, enabling CLO and CLOE holders to migrate to CE tokens (Callisto Evolution tokens).

FUMA economic model aims to be fair, sustainable, and growth-oriented, empowering the FUSHUMA community and stakeholders. Tokens distribution will be managed through a DAO, ensuring transparent funding with clearly defined cliff and vesting periods.

Callisto Enterprise's ongoing collaborations are now excited about Fushuma's launch. Originally planned for Callisto Network, these projects are transitioning to Fushuma, reflecting their enthusiasm and commitment.

As we launch Fushuma, the former Callisto Enterprise team, the Invictus Investment Fund, and our partners are eager for what lies ahead. Our time within Callisto Network has been rewarding, and we extend our gratitude to the Callistonians for their support, collaboration, and above all, their trust.

Callisto Enterprise will end its activities related to the Callisto Network POW server infrastructure on April 1, 2024. From this date, all POW infrastructures managed by Callisto Enterprise will no longer be maintained.

This transition marks a new beginning. We anticipate the opportunities and innovations that the Callisto Network Evolution to Fushuma will bring to the blockchain space and invite our community to join us in this exciting new chapter.
