An ICO Different From The Others
The Start of the decentralized treasury
In recent years, Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) became a popular way to fund blockchain projects. They raised a lot of money fast, but many couldn’t keep going long-term. Why? Old ICOs often lacked fairness and stability. Fushuma is here to change that with our Treasury Management system and eXponential Bonding Curves (XBC), which we’ve been explaining in this series. To get started, we need an offline phase and with the proposal, FIP-3, we’re launching an ICO to make it happen. This is the beginning of something big!
How the Fushuma ICO works
The offline phase is all about liquidity in order to increase trust. Fushuma ICO does this by selling FUMA tokens in two steps, aiming for up to $232,500. Here’s the plan:
ICO Round 1: 75 million FUMA tokens at $0.0015 each = $112,500.
ICO Round 2: 60 million FUMA tokens at $0.0020 each = $120,000.
Total: Up to 135 million FUMA tokens and $232,500—if everything goes perfectly.
Each round happens at a set time so we can start the XBC Treasury soon. Early buyers get cheaper tokens, which is a bonus for joining first.
What Happens with Received Money?
The ICO is just the start. When it’s done, the money goes into our XBC system, the mechanism that as we described in previous articles and it is also proposed in FIP-1 will be the heart of Fushuma Treasury.
The received money will be split like this:
65% to Liquidity Reserve Pool to keep things smooth so people can trade tokens without wild price jumps.
Example: If we raise $232,500, that’s $151,125 for liquidity. If $150,000, it’s $97,500.
35% to Development Pool to fund new projects picked by our community to grow Fushuma.
Example: $81,375 from $232,500, or $52,500 from $150,000.
The XBC starts after the ICO, and we’ll set the parameters, like how prices move, based on how much we raise. This keeps everything fair and ready for the online phase.
Why to Join the ICO?
There are many reasons to get onboard during this phase. The main reasons are:
- Cheaper Tokens Early: Prices start at $0.0015 and go to $0.0020; buy soon to get more FUMA for less.
- Safety: The presence of the liquidity pool decreases the risk of insufficient liquidity, while it can provide significant profits.
Extra Rewards: New projects from the Development Pool will give bonus tokens to early supporters. In this way you invest in the whole Fushuma Ecosystem.
